Baggage and bulky items can be stored for a nominal fee in the manned left luggage office, open daily 6:00 am to 11:00 pm, in the public area of Plan 2. Telephone: 043 816 35 00 Lockers are available for a fee in the public areas of Plans 2 and 4.

Missing baggage :

Jet Aviation is responsible for tracing misrouted luggage. It's located in the passenger area of Plan 4. Telephone: 058 158 85 59 Swissport, telephone: 043 812 87 72

Help for stranded travellers :

Special assistance desks operated by Jet Aviation and Swissport are located in public and passenger areas of Plans 1, 2 and 3. The Service Centre is the main location for information and customer service, and offers travellers a host of facilities. It's open from 6:00 am to 11:30 pm daily in the public area of Plan 2. Information Desks are also situated in Check-in 2, Airside Centre and Arrivals 1 and 2.
